About Grantsville Water Tracker
Many homeowners in HOA communities already have tools that track their irrigation usage for them. Their water is often monitored, reported, and managed through systems provided by the HOA.
But for many Grantsville homeowners who track residential irrigation shares on their own, there isn't a simple way to see where they stand throughout the season.
That's where Grantsville Water Tracker came from.
I originally built spreadsheets to track my own meter readings, usage, and projections. The spreadsheets worked, but they weren't convenient, mobile-friendly, or easy to share with neighbors who were solving the same problem.
I realized I didn't need a better spreadsheet—I needed a better tool.
Grantsville Water Tracker helps homeowners record meter readings, track water usage, estimate end-of-season consumption, and make the most of the water they've been allotted. The goal isn't just to avoid penalties—it's to maximize the water you've paid for and use every gallon wisely.
This isn't a big software company project. It's a local tool built by a local.
My family lives here. My kids go to school here. We're all working with the same great irrigation system.
The annual membership is just $12 per year—the cost of a Chipotle bowl or a couple of Giddy-Up drinks at Guzzle — which helps cover the tech and text messaging costs required to keep the service running.
I built Grantsville Water Tracker because it's a tool I wanted for my own family. I'm excited to share it with yours.
